Rear Extention

We completed a full refurbishment of this three-bedroom detached house, incorporating both ground-floor and first-floor extensions to create significantly more living space. The works included a green roof installation, complete replacement of all windows throughout the property for improved insulation and appearance, and the addition of a sun deck to the side, giving the owners a practical and enjoyable outdoor area whatever the weather.
Loft Conversion

We carried out a complete re-roofing of this bungalow, together with all necessary infill works and a substantial double extension. The entire project was completed under a purpose-built temporary roof designed to the required loadings, allowing every stage of the work to progress smoothly regardless of weather conditions and eliminating any risk of weather-related delays. The result is a fully weatherproofed, extended, and modernised family home finished to our usual high standard of craftsmanship.
Oak Frame Extension with Swimming Pool

We extended and underpinned the existing oak frame structure, together with the construction of a new-build changing room block to the side that includes a plant room, showers, toilet facilities, and sauna. Beneath the oak frame we installed a full swimming pool, complete with an extensive patio, steps, and comprehensive landscaping throughout the site. The entire project was delivered with our experienced team’s skill and precision, resulting in a seamlessly integrated, high-quality leisure facility finished to our usual high standard of craftsmanship.
